TireBalls, a high performance flat-proof tyre inflation system based on multiple balls or inflation cells. This revolutionary product is a tyre inflation system that offers not only virtual flat-proof characteristics but simultaneously improves traction and improves suspension performance.
The balls (air-cells) replace vulnerable single cell inner tubes and tube-less inflation systems. A puncture in a single cell inner tube or tubeless tyre results in a flat tyre, but a puncture of a TireBall inflated tyre results in a flat cell not a flat tyre. Chances are a rider will not even recognise the loss of air from the individual TireBall cell.

Each TireBall cell is made from state of the art materials that are 10 times more puncture resistant than conventional inner tubes. TireBall cells are engineered to last for years, no need to remove them after every race to clean, just wash when you need to change the tyre !
To flatten a tyre inflated by TireBalls, many cells must be punctured. A side-wall cut or tread puncture has no effect on a TireBall inflated tyre.

This tyre was discovered to have major damage after a recent GNCC Event. Even though one TireBall cell was punctured, the rider was unaware of any problem and the tyre remained operationally intact capable of performance comparable to the other rear tyre. Without TireBalls this damage would have ended his day or required a tyre change.

The TireBall High Performance Inflation System consists of multiple individual inflation cells inside your tyre - not just one tube.

TireBalls are available for both motorcycle and ATV and are a must for any serious competitor. They are supplied as a kit and prices are per wheel.
There are two variations, the MX Pro 2 Series, a general off-road kit and a Off-Road Pro 2 Series, this kit is best suited to expert/professional riders. The Off-Road Pro 2 Series also comes with a full one year warranty.

The useful life of TireBalls is measured in years rather than months, so they are much more cost effective than for instance Bibb Mousses.

Limitations of Use

The Tire Ball inflation system was designed and developed for use in off road motorcycles. The system has also been proven equally successful in ATVs.

High temperature is the enemy of all tires. Tires inflated with Tire Balls are also prone to high temperature related failures. Simply stated, sustained speeds (10-20 minutes at a time) in excess of 80 MPH are not recommended. Paved road use is not recommended above 50 MPH.

Tire Balls are not approved for highway use, so stay off of paved roads. If you use Tire Balls for enduro and have a transfer section that is on a paved road, stay within the legal speed limit! Additional silicone lubricant should be used in the tire carcass and on the Tire Ball cells when high-speed or desert types of events are the intended use.
