The stators are completely new, and are made with a special material for the lamination (the core) which is highly magnetic conductive. The insulation between the winding and the lamination, and the copper winding itself consists of a thin layer of material that has excellent thermal conductivity and is a good electrical insulator.
The stators are all machine wound to achieve a consistent high quality.
Most of the replacement stators we supply have a higher power output than the original units.
The design, improving on most of the original equipment, results in a very reliable product, built to last for a very long time.
