Race Preparation, Servicing and Repairs

You supply us with your engine and we will dismantle, clean and inspect the components, replacing the parts that you have requested, then rebuild it and return it to you. Servicing prices exclude return delivery @ £9.50 for engines, smaller items weighing less than 10kg will be charged at cost up to a maximum of £3.95.
Any parts required will be charged at our on-line catalogue prices.

For 2-stroke engines the following charges apply:

  • A full engine service @ £70.00, + parts.
  • Repairing a broken engine @ £70.00 plus a small charge for the additional time incurred in carrying out the repair, + parts.
  • A top end service (piston and rings) @ £35.00, + parts.
  • Crank pressing (for new con-rod kits) @ £29.00 + parts.
  • Cylinder reboring @ £29.00, this includes de-burring port edges etc. (cylinder must be supplied stripped of powervalve etc and cleaned gasket faces or an additional charge will be applied)
  • Alloy welding priced per inch approx. @ £8.00 which includes preparation and finishing.

    For 4-stroke engines the following charges apply:

  • A full engine service @ £100.00, + parts.
  • Repairing a broken engine @ £100.00 plus a small charge for the additional time incurred in carrying out the repair, + parts.
  • A top end service (piston and rings) @ £65.00, + parts. This also includes inspection of valve and cam assemblies.
  • Crank pressing (for new con-rod kits) @ £29.00 + parts.
  • Cylinder reboring @ £23.00. (Cylinder must be supplied with clean gasket faces or an additional charge will be applied)
  • Alloy welding priced per inch approx. @ £8.00 which includes preparation and finishing.

    We also carry out all chassis component repairs and servicing.

  • Front suspension service @ £40.00 + parts
  • Wheel rebuilding @ £40.00 + parts
